When will I receive my order?
After your payment is verified and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Later, an email containing the tracking number along with an estimated delivery date will be sent. Within 24 hours we will process your order.
You should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

If you have received your Tracking Number, we recommend you to contact your local courier. The selected courier will provide more information regarding the status of the delivery.

Is the shipment free of charge?
We offer free shipping on all orders above 100 € shipped to Europe. Placing an order below 100 € is subject to a 10 € shipping fee. This fee will be displayed at checkout.
Orders placed outside Europe will be subject to a 10 € shipping fee. This fee will be displayed at checkout.
How can I return my order?
From receipt of your items, you have 14 days to return them, and we will provide you with a full refund. The refund can only be given if your items are returned unworn and in the original packaging. Contact us at email@example.com to schedule the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Is my Kustom watch waterproof?
All of our watches are waterproof to 10 ATM (100 meters). This means you can easily go swimming with them, but make sure to wash the watch under tap water to remove salt. Nylon fabric and stainless steel straps can be taken for a swim. Do not swim or wash under water the genuine leather straps.

At Kustom we use the most reliable Japanese Quartz movement on the market, supplied by Miyota.
How Kustom works
How do I assemble the watch?
STEP 1 - Case + Dial
To assemble the Case with the Dial, simply merge them together and keep them in position. The Case must be on top of the Dial.
STEP 2 - Case + Dial + Bezel
Now that the Case and the Dial are merged together, it’s time to snap everything in position with the help of the Bezel. Simply position the Bezel on top and rotate/screw it clockwise until everything is fixed. The best way to rotate the Bezel is to use your thumbs.
STEP 3 - Strap
To assemble the strap, use your thumb to held back the lever, place the pins into the holes and release to secure.
With Leather and Nylon strap, there is only one lever to held back, for the Stainless Steel you will find two levers.
Are all the components compatible with each other?
At the moment all the components available are compatible with the Mark I series. As soon as we will launch new series and new components, we'll let you know their compatibility.
For how long the watch is under warranty?
At Kustom we offer two years warranty from the date you purchased the watch, that covers manufacturer's defects. That means if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly and it's our fault, we'll take care of it for free. However this does not cover any accidental damage. The warranty does not cover water damages, normal wear and tear, batteries, glass damage or scratch, general scratches, strap damage or theft.

If you purchased a Kustom watch on our official website, then you can easily contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, describe your problem and send us the order number. We will help you solve any issue.
I purchased the watch in one of your retailers, what do I do?
If you purchased a Kustom watch in one of our retailers, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges. Make sure to keep your proof of purchase as it is necessary for them to give you assistance.
